I have been practicing social work since 2012. She obtained a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Cal State LA and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. Britney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certificated Animal-Assisted Social Worker. She has experience working with people in the LGBTQ community, those suffering with chronic illnesses (diabetes, kidney disease, HIV), individuals dealing with different levels of trauma, and children and families involved in the child welfare system. Britney operates from a solution-focused point of view and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; focusing on strengths and learning positive coping skills. Daniel has worked as community based social worker and a therapist - providing a broad insight into the human condition that moves beyond traditional psychotherapy.
Adopting a humanist and existential perspective, Daniel believes that each person's unique psychology is characterized by an attempt to create a life of meaning, and to make sense of our shared experiences.
